About Us

I have worked numerous years in both education and community organisations, taking on roles of teacher, principal, consultant, leadership trainer, community developer, counsellor, manager and supervisor. In 1994 I established Sydney Women’s Counselling Centre, which has been accredited through QMS since 2002. I am now offering my skills, knowledge and experience to organisations, managers, teams and individuals as an external consultant. My philosophy is based on the belief that communities, organisations and individuals all contain the seeds of wisdom and answers to problems within. I have a strong commitment to social justice and the development of women in organisations and the community. I live in Earlwood, close to Sydney’s major thoroughfares, and enjoy classical music, reading, gardening and theatre.
